Managed Project/2 and Primavera scheduling systems at
Seabrook Station.
·
Scheduled construction, projects, engineering, on-line
corrective and preventative maintenance work. Scheduling included work
during construction phase and operating PWR and BWR. Used Primavera’s P6,
P5, P3 or PSDI’s Project/2. Assisted outage group at VY, BWR.
·
Performed critical path analysis during 9 PWR nuclear refueling
outages.
·
Transitioned Seabrook Station from Project/2 scheduling
to the windows based Primavera scheduling system (P3).
·

ENTERGY, Vermont Yankee,
Vernon, Vermont
· Scheduled
on-line for the mechanical, Plant services, and maintenance support
departments. Scheduled Diesel LCOs, Service water and circulating water
pump/ motor swaps. Scheduled condenser cleaning and tube plugging.
Scheduled fire protection line repairs. Scheduled pre-outage activities,
and refuel floor acts including nuclear fuel receipt in prep for outages.
· Assisted
the outage scheduling department during refuel outages by collecting
updates for the mechanical and the valve groups, inputting the status to
Primavera, and leveling resources for same departments.

·
Performed “plan of the day” (POD) maintenance
scheduling, outage scheduling support, scheduling support, engineering
scheduling, and critical path analysis on nine refueling outages (6 with
P/2 and 3 with P3).
·
Performed daily update and maintenance of the POD
through interaction with maintenance supervision, system engineers,
schedulers, workweek managers, operations group, and all other necessary
departments.
·
Managed the P/2 and Primavera, P3, scheduling systems,
setting up the systems in preparation of the refueling outages. This
included troubleshooting P3 and P/2 issues, assisting schedulers with P3
and P/2 questions and interfacing with vendor technical support when
necessary.
·
Successfully transitioned Seabrook Station from
Project/2 scheduling to the windows based Primavera (P3) scheduling system.
Prepared P3 to support the operations and maintenance of Seabrook Station.
·
Produced, maintained, and posted resource usage reports,
histograms comparing available vs. scheduled manpower, resource specific
layouts (crew reports), and POD to the company intranet.
·
Coordinated effort with Information resources group
(IRG) to develop interfaces between our work control systems and our
scheduling systems. The interfaces are used to exchange information between
the two systems.
·
Resolved unreliability issues with Primavera’s P3
scheduling software prior to performing first P3 scheduled refueling outage
by discovering bug with the Primavera software.
·
Integrated the engineering schedule with the Stone &
Webster’s’ and Westinghouse’s Power Uprate schedule by use of Interproject
Scheduler.
